I have an existing rack, can you assist on dismantle?
Yes, we provide dismantling at no additional cost when you purchase any system from us.
What is covered in your complimentary delivery and standard installation service?
Our free delivery and standard installation service encompass the delivery and installation of our automated laundry rack to a single address, including dismantling of the existing rack. Please be aware that this offer is valid only for concrete ceilings with a lighting point. An extra fee of $150 is applicable for installation on false ceilings, and an additional $50 is required for high ceilings. Supplying labour and material for electrical works is $80. Please also do take note that removal of the bolt/nuts, patching and painting is not included in the standard installation.
Does Kyson Smart Drying Rack consume a lot of electricity?
No, It doesn’t ! Monthly bill will not increase more than $8 a month. It designed to be more efficient than conventional manual system.
Which size should go with?
It depends if you have more than space. BTO/HDB/CONDO/LANDED usually go for 1.3M as it is extendable till 2.2M. You can go for 1.6M if you have more than 1.8m or more allowance. 2.6M extendable till 2.6M
Is 24W LED light sufficient enough to light our yard?
It depends on the area, we have customer we keep their ceiling light and prepare another point for Kyson laundry system.
What is the lowest Kyson system can be lowered?
It can be lowered to 1.3m that suits most household laundry area.
Is the price includes installation?
Yes price are inclusive of standard installation and delivery. If Ceiling is above 2.8m it have an additional charges of $50. False Ceiling charges are $150. Additional electricity point $80.
What is the different between Kyson Pro and Kyson Expert
Kyson Pro are equipped with Dual Heater, Twin Turbo Blower, Uv Sterilisation, Single Arm scissor can hold up to 35Kg, Auto Lifting, Auto stop if hits object and remote control.
Kyson Expert are equipped with Dual Heater, Twin Turbo Blower, Uv Sterilisation, Ionsier, Voice Command, Double Armed scissor can hold up to 45kg, Auto Lifting, Auto stop if hits object and remote control.

Poor after sales service.
1) Delivery man did not bother to further explain what are needed/missing. Just claimed that inlet hose too short, and cant install. Left with the machine uninstalled. Did not level the legs too
2) Bought and engaged plumber, machine cant work and door cant open. Clothes was soaked and stucked inside for days! Seek help on fri, was told will get back on sat but came monday no one contacted. Requested for e-manual to troubleshoot but to no avail.
3) Followed up on monday, was told would get back later that day, & waited till Tuesday and no one contacted. Ended up got to reach out to get an update from Kyson again.
4) Earliest technician can come is 2 days later. But am really appreciative of the technician that went above & beyond to help me resolve the issues. Cheers & kuddos to the Chinese uncle technician!
I've only used once and there's a leakage but after the technician came down to check it onsite and gave me an assurance that there's nothing wrong with the machine.....maybe it was because the detergent that I used and advised me to use low suds liquid detergent or cut half instead of using a fullcap liquid detergent.
Is one of the best I have ever use
My first purchase a front loader washing machine. But I must say it was a great machine.
