Trunking provider is not the same width as the original trunking . There is rattling noise when the heater is turned on, not sure if it’s normal. The noise is still there even after 24 hours non continuous use.
No-frills automated clothes dryer rack with remote. Sales staff Ruth was knowledgeable and patiently provided alot of info regarding the different racks available. The installer was very experienced and single-handedly removed my old rack before installing the new one. Provided ideas regarding the position of the rack and what to look out for when lowering and raising the rack. Overall a good experience with the company.

Easy to use. Have tried all the functions so far. It really helps to ease my chores & importantly, no more waiting for few days just for dry clothes.
The product looks great but I find that my set’s heater is not very hot compared to a Steigen set I saw in a neighbour’s house. Furthermore, the fan makes a very noisy screech lately. Other than that though, it works.
Installation was smooth. The installer explain clearly on how to use. Easy to operate, The laundry need more than 2 hrs to dry. So the 2hr auto off is the sad back as need to keep press on every 2 hrs…
Sceptical about having a washer and dryer in 1 but this has changed my thoughts it's great dies both well.
Centre of rack is the ceiling light. Have to place laundry near both ends.
Ismail installed our Kyson Expert 1.3m x 48cm laundry rack on 20 Jan. Very good job deinstalling old other brand system and installing the new one, taking into account all our inputs and concerns, and demonstrating the features. The unit works well and fits our requirement perfectly.
One negative was on the backroom/admin people who gave us a scare one day before saying ordered 48cm width out of stock and asking would we try 56cm! This is unacceptable given the order was made 6+ weeks ago and install date was to their schedule. After Ismail had carefully measured to see 56cm width would fit, albeit tightly, it turned out the unit provided was 48cm width after all! (Only type and length indicated on the box not width!).
So all's well that ends well but stock management and customer care for orders already made should be better. Note I believe only Expert model has 48cm/56cm width options - all the other models look to be 56cm width only.
