Choosing a water dispenser out of so many brands and types in the market is a headache. Glad we came across Kyson's Neuros dispenser which is slim, single-filter and easy to operate. The salesperson in the showroom was detailed and customer-oriented. Installation was done excellently by Stephen and Zhiyong who gave me thoughtful advice on which side of the countertop to place is better & also how to go about the drilling without affecting the cabinet space below the counter. Overall we had a very pleasant experience indeed with Kyson's product and support staff.

I came to the showroom a little skeptical, but then I was very impressed by the quality of the water filter and the laundry rack. We bought the Kyson Zero (imo it’s similar to Steigen, in terms of heater, blower, ionizer, UV light etc, just that the Kyson poles are heavier cause it’s aluminium). We also got the Nereos water filter, which is abit smaller than happie, also tankless and filter lasts about 1 year also. And the water filter body cover for Nereos is aluminium, pipes inside for hot water is stainless steel which is great! (cold water pipe is plastic). I got both at a great price because of a bundle deal, about $1.4k total for both laundry rack and water dispenser. Hope this info helps new home owners (:
